Dr. Zheng Yingqin is a Research fellow of the Center for Marine and Polar Studies at Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS). She received her Ph.D. of International Relations from Fudan University. Her research interests include governance of global commons, Polar and marine studies. She was once a visiting fellow of Texas A&M University, German Development Institute and Copenhagen University.
